Refunds

Software seats (Scout, Portal, Quote, Dues, Stage, Glow, Chase, Knot, Pulse, Hook, Bail, Pitch, Fence, Clip, Relay)

14-day founding refund if the console never became accessible due to our fault, or if a promised core delivery (e.g. digest/reminder on job tick or Run now) fails after you configured it correctly and we cannot restore it within 5 business days. After successful digest/send activity, fees are generally non-refundable for that billing period.

KATMAN Kits

Digital goods delivered instantly — refunds only if the kit file failed to deliver and we cannot re-send within 48 hours.

ARKA Diagnose / Install / Sprint

Diagnose: refundable before the brief is generated. Install/Sprint: refundable before intake is submitted if Relay (and Sprint packs) were not provisioned; after consoles are live and hypercare mail is sent, unused scope may be credited toward Sprint only at operator discretion.
