How we use it
To deliver founding access, digests, review/chase/follow-up emails you authorize, partner refs, and operator support. Outbox logs may retain message copies for reliability. Scheduled job ticks send due reminders/digests for paid seats.
Processors
Stripe (payments), your configured SMTP provider (transactional mail), and the host running this app. Analytics only if you later enable GA4/Plausible.
Retention & rights
Request export or deletion via the operator email. Magic-link tokens are secrets — treat them like passwords. STOP replies end sequence mail where implemented.
Operating commercially under the operator’s Stripe-registered business entity. Update this contact when domain mail is live.
